Dr. John Rosa is an integrative medicine practitioner and Chiropractic Specialist who owns and manages Accessible Beltway Clinics, which is composed of 17 clinics in Maryland and Virginia that see over 60,000 patient visits per year. ABC Clinics combine medicine, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture and behavioral medicine to give a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to pain syndromes and musculoskeletal disorders as well as advising on lifestyle changes for overall health. Dr. Rosa graduated with honors from New York Chiropractic College in 1992. He served as a Trustee of New York Chiropractic College for 15 years serving the final 3- year term as Chairman and named NYCC Trustee Emeritus after completing his service. Dr. Rosa was awarded the highest recognitions in his profession in Fellow of the American Chiropractic Colleges and Fellow of the International Chiropractic Colleges. With more than 29 years of diverse experience in chiropractic, Dr. Rosa has also been active in sports medicine with consulting/treating athletes in several universities, NBA, MLB, NFL and USA Olympic Basketball. He was the founder of Accessible Wellness Solutions, a wellness program that offers consulting, lectures, and more, as well as “Overdose Free America,” a nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness for the Opioid Crisis. Dr. Rosa’s mission is to continue helping to combat the opioid crisis by raising visibility for the crisis and promoting alternative treatment practices.
Dr. Gwilliam, Clinical Director for PayDC Chiropractic Software, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic as Valedictorian and is a Certified Professional Coding and ICD-10 Instructor, Medical Compliance Specialist, and Certified Professional Medical Auditor. Because he is also a clinician with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s of Business Administration he is a sought-after seminar speaker. He provides expert witness testimony, medical record audits, consulting, and education for health care providers and has authored and contributed to reference books and articles for multiple publications.
Dr. Steele began his career at The Central Institute for Human Performance. Dr. Steele has trained with experts including Pavel Kolar, Stuart McGill, Brett Winchester, and Clayton Skaggs. He has been certified in Motion Palpation, DNS, ART, and McKenzie Therapy. Dr. Steele lectures extensively on clinical excellence and evidence-based musculoskeletal management. He currently practices in Swansea, IL and serves on the executive board of the ICS.
David Klein
CPC, CPMA, CHC, Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer
David is a co-founder of PayDC and a well-known speaker and educator at chiropractic conferences. He is a certified Coder and Auditor and Healthcare Compliance expert, and also is the founder and President of DK Coding & Compliance, Inc., a healthcare consulting firm that focuses on audit defense, education, compliance and reimbursement issues.
Dr. Warshel has been with NYCC since 2008, coming from private practice in central California. After completing chiropractic college, he completed a 3-year residency in Diagnostic Imaging at Western States Chiropractic College (now UWS), and passed the rigorous credentialling exam giving him the designation of DACBR. After 7 years of a combined clinical and radiology practice in central California, Dr. Warshel wanted to transition into chiropractic education and found a home at NYCC. His primary teaching roles center around diagnostic imaging, teaching the chiropractic students how to interpret radiographs, clinical radiology duties for the NYCC clinics, and interpreting images for doctors in the field through the NYCC Diagnostic Imaging practice. In addition, he is the Director of NYCC's Master in Diagnostic Imaging residency program, helping to educate the next generation of chiropractic radiologists.
Jeffrey Randolph, Esq. has been the General Counsel of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors since the ANJC's inception 16 years ago. Jeff has been in private pracitice for 23 years and specializes in healthcare law. He serves as the medical malpractice defense counsel for the National Chiropractic Council and Accupuncture Council.
Dr. Victor Rossi attended Rutgers University and was awarded his Bachelor's degree in physiology/zoology in 1984. He continued his studies in the graduate program at Rutgers where he worked towards his masters Degree in cardiovascular physiology. He completed his graduate studies in 1986 when he entered professional school at the New York Chiropractic College. He graduated, cum laude, in 1989 and relocated to practice in Egg Harbor.
He has extensive postgraduate training including accident reconstruction from the Texas A&M University. He completed advanced training in interpretation of Spinal trauma MRI's and has successfully been admitted by the courts as an expert in advanced radiography thereby allowing his testimony regarding MRI opinions. He also has completed a postgraduate program in insurance and is certified by the New York Chiropractic College as a Certified Insurance Consultant.
He has an excellent working relationship with most area doctors and fully understands the treating and documenting all aspects of the personal injury arena. He is a seasoned veteran of the courts testifying countless times during his career and is eager to defend his professional opinion for any of his patients.
Dr. Rossi has been a member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC) for many, many years; but most recently was chosen to be on the Board of Directors. In the past he has also served as Chair of Service Delivery on the Board of Directors of The Amercican Red Cross.
He resides in Brigantine and has a residence in Center City Philadelphia. His passion is saltwater offshore fishing and his vacations frequently take him to the warm waters of the world searching for billfish.
Dr. Bertelsman graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic with honors in 1991 and has been running a large successful multi-disciplinary practice in Belleville, IL for over 20 years. He is an expert on establishing relationships within the medical community.
He has lectured nationally for many years on clinical and business topics and has been published extensively. He has served in various leadership positions within the Illinois Chiropractic Society and currently serves as Vice-President of the executive board. Dr. Berteslman is a Co-founder of ChiroUp.
